🎪 Marquee Tent Requirements

• 🔍 Ground Stakes: Tent stakes are driven 35"-45" deep. A line locate is necessary to avoid underground utilities. Line Locate Information
• 💧 Underground Utilities: Alert us to any underground utilities to prevent damage.
• 📝 Liability Form: A form will be provided to acknowledge that 306 Party Rentals is not responsible for underground utility damage.
• 🌿 On Grass: Ideal for traditional settings.
• 🏠 Hard Surfaces: Driveway, parking lots? No problem! We use concrete weights instead of stakes (additional charges apply).

• 🌱 Area Size: A clear, level area of 40' x 60' is required for installation.
• 🚫 Height Clearance: The tent peak height is 16'11". Ensure no obstructions like tree branches.
• 📍 Site Access: Direct vehicle access to the setup area is necessary for efficient installation.

• ☔ Installation Schedule: Weather conditions may affect the setup and takedown schedule. We'll coordinate closely to ensure optimal setup times.
