30 x 40 Marque Package 104 Guests (2 Layouts)

Our 30x40 marquee tent package comes with everything listed below including delivery (within Saskatoon) and setup of tent (all other items will be placed in the tent area). If the event is out of town there will be an additional $3.00 per km charge.

This tent has 2 different layouts both for the same price and we are able to give you whichever one you want depending on the weather. The good weather tent setup is made to have the dance floor outside and the bad weather tent is made to be tight together to protect you from the elements on your special day.

That's $3.00 per KM with only a 1 way KM charge. EX: We make 4 trips to your location 1 to deliver, 1 to get back to our shop, 1 to pickup your tent and take down and the final trip back to our shop. You are only charged for one of those trips at $3.00 per km).

 Requires large tent stakes to secure it safely. A line locate will be required prior to install. Weights can be substituted for stakes for additional charges.

YES, you can book this tent instantly online without talking to anyone and we will work out any other needed details closer to your event date.

You are welcome to add anything you want in addition to this package however there are no substitutions. If you need something different you are welcome to put the package you want together separately and build custom. If your booking comes in and we see that something doesn't make sense we will call you asap to fix the booking and get the booking correct.

NOTE:

-The dance floor in this package is 12x12

Suggestion: If you end up doing the nice weather option we have some unique lighting setups that we can recommend using around the dance floor (Barrel light poles or large 14.5 poles with lighting that goes high over the dance floor from either side of the tent)
