BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE NOTE:

Renting our 40' x 120' pole tent comes with a few important requirements:

  1. Staking Requirements
    • This tent must be staked on grass.
    • Tent stakes will be hammered 37" - 45" into the ground.
    • A line locate is required to ensure there are no underground utilities or sprinklers in the installation area.

      • You must provide us with written confirmation that the staking area is cleared. (This process can take up to 3 business days.)
    • You will need to sign a liability release form acknowledging that we are not responsible for damages to anything underground within the cleared area.
  2. Site Preparation
    • The tent requires a clear, level, freshly mowed grass area measuring 60' x 140', free of debris and obstructions.
    • Ensure the area is free from tree branches, power lines, or other overhead obstructions. The tent height is 25' at its peak.
    • Mark the four corners of the tent area before our arrival using white spray paint or household items.
  3. Access Requirements
    • We need direct driving access to the tent setup area to deliver and install the equipment.
  4. Weather Considerations
    • The tent will only be installed and removed during favorable weather conditions.
    • In some cases, we may set up or take down the tent 1–2 days early or late to ensure it is dry and safe for handling.
  5. Delivery and Scheduling
    • We finalize our delivery schedules every Sunday before your event, based on weather forecasts.
    • Additional rental items may be dropped off separately, closer to the event date.
