BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE NOTE:

There are a few requirements you should be aware of when renting our 40' x 140' pole tent:

  • This tent must be staked on grass. The stakes penetrate 37" - 45" into the ground.
  • We require a line locate and need to know if there are any underground sprinklers or utilities in the area where we’ll be hammering stakes. For more information, visit Sask1stCall.
  • You’ll need to send us confirmation that the area is cleared for staking. (Please note, it may take up to 3 business days to get Sask1stCall to complete the locate.)
  • Additionally, you’ll be required to sign a form that acknowledges we are not responsible for any underground damage in the cleared area for the tent installation.

Site Requirements:

  • The tent area must be a clear, flat 60' x 160' space on freshly mowed grass, free of debris and obstructions to allow for safe installation.
  • The space must be level, and the tent height is 25' at its peak, so the area must be clear of tree branches, power lines, or any other obstructions.
  • The four corners of the tent area should be pre-marked upon our arrival, using white spray paint or other visible markers (household items are acceptable).
  • Direct driving access is required to the tent setup area.

Weather Conditions:

  • This tent will only be installed and taken down during appropriate weather conditions. We may need to set up 1-2 days early or take down 1-2 days late to allow the tent to dry properly.
  • In these cases, we may set up the tent one day and return the day before your event to drop off the remaining rental items.
