This portable misting fan is a great option for keeping guests, staff, or event areas more comfortable on hot summer days. Important rental notes:

This fan is designed as an outdoor cooling aid, not an air conditioner. It works best in warm outdoor conditions where airflow and misting can help make the area feel more comfortable.

For misting mode, the fan needs access to clean water. In most cases, customers can place the intake hose into a clean bucket of water near the fan. We provide a 5 gallon bucket.

Misting may make nearby surfaces damp, so please do not aim the mist directly at electronics, speakers, DJ equipment, paperwork, food service items, or anything that needs to stay dry.

Battery life depends on fan speed, misting mode, temperature, and how the fan is used. Higher fan speeds and continuous misting will use battery power faster. The included charger can be used to recharge the battery during the rental period.

Customer is responsible for returning the fan, battery, charger, and misting parts together.

Best use tip:

For longer events, use a lower fan speed when possible and switch between misting modes depending on how hot it is. Continuous misting is best for very hot days, while intermittent misting helps manage water use and battery life.
