Wedding Sound System Package B – Booth + Speakers + Uplights + Truss Totems

This package upgrades your wedding sound setup with a DJ style booth, two powered speakers, colour changing uplights, and two tall lighting truss totems.
The uplights can be set to match your wedding colours using a simple handheld remote.
The truss totems create a clean, professional backdrop behind the DJ booth for photos, first dances, and receptions.

This setup is recommended for weddings and events of up to approximately 100 guests in a typical indoor or covered outdoor space.
Additional speakers can be added for larger rooms, and longer XLR cables are available to spread speakers farther apart.

Setup Instructions

1. Position the Booth

Set the booth where you want to control music and the microphone.
Place your laptop, phone, or tablet on the work surface.

2. Place the Uplights Under the Booth

Set the uplights at the base of the white front panels.
Use the remote to select your desired colour.

3. Set Up the Truss Totems

Place one totem on each side of the booth.
Place an uplight inside the base of each totem facing upward.
Select your colour using the remote.

4. Set Up the Speakers

Place each speaker on its tripod stand.
Position one on each side of the booth or farther out depending on room size.

5. Connect Your Music Source

Pair your phone or laptop directly to the main speaker
Use this option if speakers are placed close together

Connect your device to the main speaker by Bluetooth or AUX
Run the XLR cable from Mix Out on the main speaker to XLR In on the second speaker
Adjust the second speaker’s volume using its volume or AUX input knob

Connection Notes

Bluetooth linking between two speakers is reliable only up to about 8 feet
If you space speakers wider, use the XLR cable
Wired connections offer better stability for long events

Power Requirements

Standard 110V power outlets required
Extension cords not included unless added
All equipment must be kept dry and on a stable surface

Outdoor Use

Speakers, booth, uplights, and trusses must be protected from rain and moisture
Not suitable for uncovered outdoor use in poor weather
